The typical amplitude range is 2-6mm, the vibration frequency is 15-30Hz, and a linear, circular or elliptical motion trajectory can be formed.
Particle stratification and screening
Under the action of vibration, fertilizer particles are stratified according to density and particle size differences: fine particles settle to the bottom layer and are screened first, and coarse particles are retained on the surface layer to form automatic classification. The sieve hole size is set according to the target particle size.
Optimization of motion trajectory
The screen surface inclination angle of 1-5° is combined with the vibration direction angle to control the material running speed. The elliptical trajectory vibration mode can extend the material air time and increase the fine particle screening rate; the linear vibration mode is suitable for scenes with high production capacity requirements.
Anti-blocking and screening technology
Configure a bouncing ball screening device or an ultrasonic anti-blocking system to destroy the blockage of the screen holes through high-frequency impact. The density and hardness of the bouncing ball need to be adapted to the characteristics of the fertilizer to avoid damage to the screen.

Raw material pretreatment: remove impurities with excessive particle size, such as stones, metal chips, etc.; crush raw material agglomerates, and control the feed particle size ≤10mm; the processing capacity is linked with the crusher to maintain the stability of the feed particle size.
Finished product classification: The classification accuracy of compound fertilizer is more than 95%, and the classification of organic fertilizer can achieve 3-5 particle size intervals to meet the needs of different crops; the screening efficiency is negatively correlated with the moisture content of the material. For every 1% increase in moisture content, the efficiency decreases by about 5%.
Waste recycling: Recycle the fine powder produced in the granulation process, and the mixing ratio is ≤15%; separate and package damaged materials to reduce raw material loss.

Compound fertilizer production system
After the drum granulation process, a three-layer vibrating screen is configured. The upper screen mesh is 8 mesh (2.36mm) to separate large particles, the middle layer is 14 mesh (1.41mm) to control the particle size of the finished product, and the lower layer is 40 mesh (0.425mm) to recover fine powder. The screening machine and the return belt form a closed-loop system, and the fine powder returns to the melting process for re-granulation.
Post-treatment of organic fertilizer fermentation
The moisture content of fermented and decomposed organic materials is 30-40%, and an anti-blocking vibrating screen is required. The screen mesh adopts 304 stainless steel woven mesh, with apertures of 8mm and 5mm, and is matched with a forced ventilation device to reduce the humidity of the material. The screened material returns to the crushing process, and the screened material enters the aging stacking.
Water-soluble fertilizer production unit
For powdered water-soluble fertilizer, a vacuum feeding system and a vibrating screening machine are configured. The mesh aperture is 0.5mm, equipped with an ultrasonic anti-blocking device, and has a processing capacity of 500kg/h. The screening machine is linked to the automatic packaging machine.
